Shipping policy
All AuthorityDenied products are made to order. Orders are sent to production after payment is successfully completed.
Processing Time
Because items are produced on demand, please allow approximately 1–3 business days for production before shipment. Processing times may occasionally be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected production delays.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label is created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AuthorityDenied is not responsible for delivery delays, returned packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at authoritydeniedsupport@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. Contact us if you still need assistance.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
Delivery Delays
AuthorityDenied is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
