Processing Time
Most orders take about 1–3 business days to produce before they ship. High-volume periods, holidays, or unexpected delays can take longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take a little time to update after a shipping label is created.

Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Seriously, 2x Check That Stuff.

If an order is delayed or returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply.

Problems With Your Order
If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, see our Return & Refund Policy or contact authoritydeniedsupport@gmail.com.

Lost Packages
If tracking says your package was delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact authoritydeniedsupport@gmail.com.

International Orders
International customers — Hi!, Thank You For Your Business! — may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.

Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
