By using or purchasing from AuthorityDenied, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Store
Use the site lawfully. Don’t interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use our services to violate applicable law.

2. Products
Products are made to order. Colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen because of differences in displays, printing, and manufacturing.

We may change or discontinue products, designs, prices, sizes, or availability at any time for future orders. Changes will not alter an order you have already placed cuz you already bought it.

3. Orders and Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. We may refuse orders that involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or inaccurate information.

4. Fulfillment and Shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. (Seriously, 2x Check That Stuff) Delays or extra costs caused by incorrect information are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property
AuthorityDenied branding, original artwork, graphics, logos, text, and other original content belong to AuthorityDenied or are used with permission.

Buying a product does NOT give you ownership of the artwork printed on it. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially use our original designs.

7. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for things like ecommerce, payments, manufacturing, fulfillment, shipping, security, and website operation. Those services may also have their own terms and policies.

8. Accuracy
We try to keep product information, prices, descriptions, and other site content accurate, but mistakes happen. We may correct errors or cancel affected orders when necessary.

9. Warranties and Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

AuthorityDenied is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where the law requires otherwise.

Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms when necessary. The version posted on the website at the time applies.
